Pavo Puurunen of Finland won today's 20k normal distance in the world championships in biathlon in Pokljuka. Not since Heikko Ikola won in 1981 has Finland won the gold. Puurunen was followed by Sashurin and Bricics. World cup leader Poiree shot 6 misses and was around 30th, Ole Einar Bj?rndalen missed 6 as well but placed arond 10th. Some racers are still left on the course.
